I like this one because of the colors... not much of a big fan of the pose, but oh well.
Lia doesn't look like Lia at all. xD
Gosh, I've really lost that ability to draw my neo charries.

I think the reason she doesn't look like Lia to you is because of the way you changed the nose. xD You got used to seeing it the other way, and it kinda... Could have changed her entire species if that's all you were looking at. I think it looks better this way though.
I like the different colored lights coming from either side. It's pretty and helps bring out all the other colors.
Why don't you like the pose so much? I think it's creative.

I tried the violet and then the green, but it just doesn't seem to work. xD I guess
it's probably because the scarf balances out the brown in the belt or something like that.

I don't think it's the nose though; I think it's because she looks... younger here. Like a
little kid when she's like... older than 26. (I forget the supposed present age for her. xD)
As for the pose... It's actually because of the thing you've pointed out. xDD It's the hand
that's throwing me off. So yeah, it isn't just you who thinks that there may be a better
position for it. xD

Hm... I guess she does look a bit younger here. But age is really hard to get right, especially on animals/anthros/non-humans in general. And that might have to do with the pose, too. I dunno. >.<
