Question for you dear. There's some debate on tumblr about Dorian's age.
I was wondering what you thought
Personally I believe he is in his late 20's, close to 30?
And Cullen around his mid 30's?
Just wondering on your input, since you draw them so well and just like in the game XD

If my two cents matter, I'd like to give them. Cullen being 30 is abslute MADNESS. A 20 year old BOY, knight-captain, just no. NO. Im-fucking-possible. I think he is at least 36 years old in inquisition. And, as sorry as I am, I can't imagine Dorian much younger than at least 34, either. His lovely wrinkles around his eyes kind of give his age away. And it's not that young, it really isn't. This forever young busslhit on Tumblr pisses me off. it really does.

He probably was about 25 when he was made Knight Captain in Kirkwall, plus the 10 years that would make him 35 or 36 in DAI. I firmly believe that's his age.
And I agree with Dorian too. Although I see him a little younger, but he is still closer to 30.
29 at the minimum, but I think more like 32 probably. I always notice those beautiful crow feet lol People like to discuss that he looks baby faced when you take the mustache off, and yes, he looks younger. But not twenty-freaking-three!
I don't know why people like to make characters so much younger than what they really are. It's like they're saying being over 30 is not attractive. But tumblr being mostly populated by teenagers I guess 30 it's too old for them. Still, rude.
It's kinda like whitewashing characters too.
Anyways. Let's just leave everyone to have their headcanons however they want. We know our baby Cullrian are on their 30's

Cullen's age is confirmed being ~30 My headcanon makes him 32.
Dorian. Well, meet the most unexpected, unpopular opinion - my Dorian is older than the Commander, for at least 5 years. 38 sounds okay but 40 even better.
I read two threads about his age in game, the first saying that he's similar to Cassandra, meaning~ 40, and the second you mentioned, making him almost my age.
I don't have any strong opinions, I think each person sees them differently and they differ in such matters as age but I'd love BioWare to tell us officially how these things work.

Lol I've never considered the thought of Dorian being older than Cullen.... it does have some appeal though, for fanfics and stuff XD
But yes, I'm with the guys that believe Dorian is closer to 30. Maybe late 20's?
I asked Mark Laidlaw about it but he said he doesn't know the specifics :/
