Background

            Adrien was raised in a small town. He had one sibling, a younger sister, Adilaine, who was two years younger than he was. The two of them were really close due to the fact that their parents always worked in the city and as a result the two were often left to their own devices.

            The invasion happened on a sunny day, right as they were returning from school. Adrien doesn’t remember much of what happened when they were being processed after being taken save for the tight grip of his sister’s hand and the silent prayers that they would not be separated. The two of them worked hard together, never giving their overseers a reason to separate them, but as the years wore on his younger sister began to grow tired of the monotony of their work. Rumors began to spread, whispers of a revolt, a chance at freedom. Adrien wished to stay away from the area where the revolt would take place, citing the wisdom that if it failed they would not be blamed for the actions of the others, but his sister insisted. On the day of the revolt he watched as his sister went to join the crowd, following after her long enough be right in the middle of it when the revolt was shut down. He was loaded onto a ship with no know destination. As he was taken away he realized he might never see her again.

            When the light intercepted the ship he was taken, and brought to the infirmary for dehydration, the dried tear trails the on his face the only indicator of the cause. He swore in his mind that he would never cry for anyone again, because putting his trust in others only ended in hurt for him. When he had recovered enough to be put into training he threw himself mindlessly into it, taking risks in order to reap higher rewards. His goal is to take out as many of them as he could in order to make them pay for what they had taken from him tenfold at the very least.

-The red ribbon in his hair belonged to his sister

-He has considered cutting his hair but has come to the conclusion that it is too much effort

-He can nap almost anywhere but is a light enough sleeper that he isn’t caught often
