John 19:16-19
16So he then handed Him over to them to be crucified.
17They took Jesus, therefore, and He went out, bearing His own cross, to the place called the Place of a Skull, which is called in Hebrew, Golgotha. 18There they crucified Him, and with Him two other men, one on either side, and Jesus in between. 19Pilate also wrote an inscription and put it on the cross. It was written, “JESUS THE NAZARENE, THE KING OF THE JEWS.”
Matthew 16:24-27
24Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me. 25“For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. 26“For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? 27“For the Son of Man is going to come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and WILL THEN REPAY EVERY MAN ACCORDING TO HIS DEEDS.

I like seeing Jesus depicted as strong, because he was the strongest inside, of all men ever, even if not strongest in body, which was not necessary for his ministry.

I never got why the early Church preferred Icons of Christ to seem androgynous in physique. They didn’t grasp that successful carpenters HAD to be ripped to do that kind of work. The Shroud further indicates that they were wrong.

This is a stunning representation of Jesus. I like it a lot, my thing is though: would Jesus have that much muscle? I get that he walked a lot but I don't know where he would get that much muscle.

He was describe as being the most ordinary man you'd ever see. There was nothing in appearance that set him apart from your everyday Galilean. He didn't even look like a king if you just look at him without context.

*head tilt* You gave him one of those noses. I put those noses on tank characters. I guess Jesus could be a tank... He did soak a lot of damage. Out of curiosity, what made you choose that nose shape?

The cartilage in it is broken and it's swollen from the beating.
