I agree with what everyone else has said. The flow of this image, and the movement you've seem to capture looks really well done.
I love how scared you managed to make the girl- like shes on the edge of panic or not sure what to do.
Also, the bottom with all the faces is really well done- yes there all faces, but they all have there own look to them, which is amazing.
I also love all of the arms flailing up to her too. Looks great!
