Jesus was prophsized to sacrafice himself for our sins. I do not understand why Anti-Semitsm exists, particulaly why people call the Jewish people "Christ killers."

To respond to each of those points:
-Hitler may have been Christian, but that's nothing to do with his actions... Hitler was also a vegetarian.
-On the other hand, to describe the Holocaust as 'not Christian in any sense of the term' seems pointless. The Bible is full of examples of genocide (Exodus 34:11-14, 1 Samuel 15: 2-3 and Numbers 31:15-18, to name a few) - Christians might find genocide appalling, but I hardly non-Christians find it any better.
-According to scripture, if we assume its validity, Jesus was crucified by the Romans. Certainly we can allow for the fact it was the (predominantly) Jewish crowd who chanted for Barabbas to be released, but likewise you could argue Jesus allowed himself to be taken by Roman forces: if consequence is the only mode of argument, Mary is to be blamed for giving birth to him and therefore bringing about his death.

All things considered though, the Holocaust was a huge waste of lives and was not humanity's finest hour.
