I never really considered myself a fan of this show. I do like it a bit it usually struck me as cheesy and predictable at times. I don't even find most of the villains of the show really that interesting, aside from the Rowdy Rough Boys, Him, and of course. . . Sedusa. Who I've decided to base a this week's Cartoon Cartunes episode on.
She's one of the 'minor' villains considering that she has very few main appearances in the show. Despite this, I find her to be one of the most memorable villains in the show. Her schemes usually involve putting on a disguise posing as another sexy woman and seducing men so that she can pull off a robbery without getting caught. Her plans fail because the Powerpuff Girls eventually catch on to her scheme and take off her disguise.
She's not particularly tough when robbed of her disguise because her tentacle-like hair isn't very effective against the Girl's superpowers. Also, she loses control of her hair if it gets wet.
Her hair is completely cut off on Season 2 and she isn't seen again until Season 6 where she's still bald.
