I like this picture. The anatomy looks great, and the background fits quite well. I think the snowflakes would probably have looked better if their width and angles were set at random, as it would give them a more realistic effect. For the face, I think it could use some more red and brown for the shading and some more light pink for the highlights, unless she is supposed to be frozen. But anyway, very nice picture. You did a great job on it!

It's fine, if I wanted them I would of made that option available. Also, there are a great many things wrong with the painting, and I do realize that. However once something is done I don't go back to it, especially if it isn't a WIP. However, between what you said and what I know of this image itself I will keep it in mind when I go to finish my Elsa/Jack frost image...if I ever get to it. *sighs* Also I did have the snow flake set to random rotation, I guess it just liked that angle..

Well, usually I prefer to critique the old fashioned way, and the special critique window just gives me a tiny part of the picture to see, what with my monitor. And I like going around giving critiques. Some who want them can't or just don't enable the advanced critique option.

I don't care for critiques, especially on things that are finished. If it was a WIP it doesn't bother me. I'm judgmental of my work enough as it is, and it isn't like I am going to go back and fix anything once I consider it done.

Welcome. I also hope the critique didn't upset you. I'm going to random deviant pages and critiquing at least one pic each if possible, and I saw your picture in the favourites of one random deviant, so I had to take a look and critique it. Very hard to do with this one. But I've gotten a lot of great feedback for my random crits, so it's great fun visiting these random pages. Also an opportunity to see art that I probably wouldn't find so easily in searches.
Do you give critiques? 'Cause I'm looking for more feedback for recent pictures, and for some that I did of flowers, birds, kittens, etc. I want to improve, and getting critiques from others can help so much.

Lovely! What a wonderful piece! I just saw the movie, and I think she is awesome. While the small part of me that is a hopeless romantic is pining for a love interest for her, a larger part is really glad that she was a royal, female character who was strong, powerful, and did not end up with a man.
