Description Happy Birthday, CosmicKitten! Here's a present for you. A little late, but one must stay true to tradition.

Zombie Heartbreaker Larry, and his partner Woo-Woo. Partially based on historical characters.

-

A "Schweet Games" release:

Larry Koopa: Zombie Heartbreaker

In this dating sim/adventure game, Larry Koopa, professional heart-throb and Halloween costume designer, has been asked by his father King Bowser to retrieve several artefacts from the Land of the Dead, each possessing extremely powerful magical properties, but in order to do so, he has to pose as a zombie to be let in. His plan would probably have worked out excellently - if not for all the zombie chicks with the hots for him!

Rated X for adult themes/scenes, language and references to old movies no one under 30 has ever heard about.

Gaming tips:

- Stock up regularly on penicillin and napalm
- Some characters may be allergic to latex
- If you play this game with one hand, please take regular breaks and use the included towelettes.

Scweet Games, Inc. - "You say 'Gamergate', we say 'piss off'!"

oh larry, what would your mother say if she saw you wearing that?

all joking aside you have yet again made a delightful picture with wonderful coloring. its a great skill to be able to make a picture well worth looking at without having to use shading like i do. without shading mine would look all scribbly, scratchy and boring. but you have enough control with your pencils and there is often enough going on in the picture that you don't need shading to make it look good
and i just love that stained glass in the background <3

Actually, I did shade this. A lot.

But otherwise, you know my policy on everything that would make it look as if I tried too hard. "No can do".

still the things that aren't shaded look very nice (i was mostly looking at the background and woo-woo's skin while typing that i guess that's what i get for giving feed back at four in the morning ) though i do like the way you shade the protrusions (i honestly have no idea what they are) on woo-woo's head (and also when you draw boo-boo)  but the thing with your style is that shading is just an extra, it looks great with or without it c:

Thanks Woo-Woo's protrusions are actually hair buns wrapped in ribbons. One panel of YPC shows Iggy brushing Boo-Boo's hair, plus I think it's almost time she outgrew them. Don't you? I shaded them, but to make them shiny i just used an eraser. After all, "cheating is the gift man gives himself!" That goes for us girls, too. But don't tell the evil patriarchy.

Because the fact that Francis from Super Paper Mario owns the game, I've always wanted to se more fanarts from it, because there was only one artwork of it.

zombie heartbreaker... o.O you know, i've always wondered (only ever saw pics related to it and a bgm track or 2), is that a fan game, rom hack of a game, or a fanfic i never happened to come across? if it is an actual game of some kind may i have a link to it if you know where to find it?

*sigh* i'll...take that as a...no...since the first link was a wiki page, upon which it said it was a game francis owned in super paper mario.

however...i wasn't entirely mistaken it seems. www.fanfiction.net/s/3548812/1… there seems to be at least 1 or more fanfics by that title.

oh yeah, i just remembered something you might like, lemme see if i can figure out where it was. you, cosmickitten89, and demented-windmills that is. k-kit.deviantart.com/art/Brigh… its not a koopa bute he (bokura iirc from yugioh) does make for a cute clown. larry in this pic kinda reminded me of it.

I'm dead? How??? Did the scibrats diagnose me with false cancer and treat me with ebola as a cancer drug? "You idiot! Ebola isn't a cancer drug, it's an element!!!" Sci Queen sounds scary. At least Lindor misses me By the way I heard about a NASA rocket that blew up a little while ago; I'm sure the fact that Eggs graduated this year was just a coincidence.
Larry looks like a Mad Hatter. His mom... Feels... I'll say hi...

Yes, that's the Mad Hatter's hat, since it's a bit more iconic than the rest of the guy's costume of which I based Larry's gear. I also colored the jockstrap grey instead of beige, to make it less offensive to the eye.

Woo-Woo, a playable character, managed to seduce Larry during a dialogue-part. After finishing their... covert business in the monastery's guesthouse, the pair descend into the crypt to raise the soul of a beautiful and brilliant lady of science, thought to have died wrongfully at the hands of jealous competitors.

RPGs can be lots of fun! If not for all the boring dialogue, WTF-y plot and constant, tedious battles, Bowser's Inside Story could have been the best Mario game ever. The Paper games are better in this respect. But a Koopaling dating sim... There'd be riots outside the Gamestop's!

"Larry has invited you to his beach front mansion! You level up in Charm! Now you..."

Oh I Googled that yesterday. That character reminds me of Ludwig. Does Larry get tortured out of his love of violence at some part? I'm guessing the milk is laced with drugs. I hope he knows better than to drink the milk out of the Boo carton

She wouldn't have been the first brilliant scientist to have died under "mysterious circumstances"... Woo Woo has a " brain(s)" tattoo, which makes me wonder, do zombies eat brains or make love to them like that sick bastard Ludwig? Does that make Ludwig a zombie then?

Some fan with game programming credentials should make that game a reality. I suppose it's like Resident Evil meets Leisure Suit Larry What other Schweet games are there? Does Ludwig get a fun RPG game? My sister made up a game about "fighting kings" or something that sounds like a ripoff of WoW but she had no way of really knowing about that game at the time.

Schweet Games specializes in adventure games with adult themes. In the beginning Schweet was just a tiny company, and their games could only be found in the basements of video stores. But now that adult entertainment isn't as taboo as it once was, the company has grown and some of their titles have outsold those of a competing video game concern we prefer not to name. Dark Land is home to the galaxy's most famous adults stars. However, Schweet found Larry's application tape very promising as it was solid evidence of his... diverse talents despite his limited experience in the business.

The zombies in this game are more like supernatural beings than undead and are friendly - let's just hope they don't find out that Larry's really a mortal! Eating of human brain is discouraged in their community. It's just empty calories, after all.

Ludwig runs the Item Shops in this game, and you will also have to see him whenever you enter a new world, for information on where to find ingredients for Love Potions which will help both you and your sweetheart Larry achieve increased Love Points, Passion Points, and Peasure Points every time, well you know...

I've never played an M-rated game before.  Well, when I was only ten my dad let me play T-rated games on his Playstation (yes, that did make me feel like a badass ) and he didn't seem to mind if I watched him play Metal Gear Solid Snake or Resident Evil.  In our early teens my sister kind of wanted to play Conker's Bad Fur Day even though it was M-rated because of it being about a cute squirrel, and she would have been happy to wait until we were 17 to get it, but by then our N64 was rotting in storage, N64 was almost two generations obsolete, and the Bitch would not have allowed us to play adult games anyway, since we were not "mentally" adults "Make room for the adults!/Respect the adults!" the way she purposely implied through the way she talked to us that we were not "adults" even after we turned 18...

If Ludwig runs the Items Shops, then what do the other Koopalings do?  Are there board maps with adult/style mini games similar to beer pong or minigames that involve condoms, or am I thinking of another title?  What kind of action does Larry get?  Does he get to shoot his own happy time specials?  Does he dig up hot zombie chicks to make love to them?  I was actually thinking of writing a fanfic about Larry falling for a celebrity girl who commits suicide and he digs her out of her grave to make love to her and then she turns out to be a zombie... or something...

There are eight normal worlds and eight special worlds, as well as several secret levels. Some are open sandbox, while other levels are simpler platform levels. The more you and Larry level up, the more worlds and quests you'll unlock. The main quest, creating a certain machine from the magic artefacts you collect in order to defeat the evil Sci Queen will be unsolvable unless you do side quests to level up. After all, it's a dating sim at its core. You'll have to keep Larry interested by increasing the different Points. To do this you'll have to do side quests, and collect enough Lust Coins; colorful, round objects in plastic wrappers. If you don't do enough to strengthen the relationship, he will stray, which will make the point and ability meters decrease and devolve. However, if he doesn't keep YOU interested, you're more than welcome to get some tasty treats from the other characters, who, by the way, will start to make you "offers" if it's been more than five minutes since you picked up a Lust Coin.

Iggy is the operator of the several love hotels, which you will frequent. I thought that appropriate since he didn't get his own hotel in Hotel Mario. Roy and Wendy run the costume boutiques. The inventories there expand as you advance. Makeovers are vital to raising Points; make sure to visit Wendy's Beauty Parlor! Lemmy cooks romantic dinners and  Morton kicks ass at the weapon's shop. But wait, here's more! If you help Lemmy find a girlfriend (or special friend) and lose his virginity before the boss of Chapter 3 you get one free turn at each of the businesses.

So Larry has to learn how to keep a relationship, keep a girl with him for longer than a one-night stand That sounds like such a fun game, I should learn game development so we can make it a reality!  Of course we woudn't make any money off of it, some would say that it's an awful lot of work for something you don't make money from but I'd just think of it as the ultimate fanart!  I would make it a good, solid, original game too, not a crappy hack of some existing game, or a ripoff of another game but with different graphics, and it would certainly be better than that video game these two wannabe sci queens I heard about made about... menstruation and... tampon missiles I'll bet the tampons even double as a candlestick

Anyway, Nintendo can't sue if I'm not making money off it, can they?  Or would they sue for cutting into their profits if people download my game for free instead of buying theirs because they like my game better, or just because it's copyrighted?  That is why my Youtube account got banned, after all... I wonder if the reason why the Koopalings continue to be so underdeveloped personalitywise in their games is because the fandom has made such an elaborate fanon that they fear that putting those characteristics in the games would be stealing and possibly even grounds for being sued by the fans.  I heard that professional authors refuse to read fanfics of their own franchises for that reason.

EdieMammon In reply to CosmicKitten89 [2014-11-02 12:24:11 +0000 UTC]

Well, they certainly had no problem giving the Koopalings the axe and put their favorite little mascot in their rightful place! Things were the same again.
Just kidding - at least they've caught on to how much it pissed the fans off, and not just older fans. The Koopalings appeal to people of all ages. They have that spark, you know. A carbon copy of another character could never hope to imitate that. After everything that's been I wouldn't want to piss off the copyright bloodhounds right now. If it became impossible to upload fanart to Deviantart, I'd be crippled, like most other artists here, since everybody draws fanart at some point. How do you think I got people's attention in the first place? It took eight months, so I had basically given up when I uploaded the scanned birthday card I made of Iggy and Lemmy dancing.

It depends from company to company. Well, that is until some power-hungry entertainment hater makes a law... I remember reading something about a daycare being sued from having a mural of Minnie Mouse. Also, they sued a couple for wearing OFFICIAL winnie the pooh COSTUMES. I guess  Bart Simpson was right . But I've never heard of any lawsuits from Nintendo, despite the thousands of ROM hacks and fan films of their stuff.

Pooping is VERY important, for both one's body and well-being! However, to keep your restroom visits as rewarding as possible, one should cut back on their consumption of unfermented dairy products, such as milk.
