Arkonte City also has its "Council of Rulers"... But there, unlike other cities, those who make it up are ladies... and they are not the type to make concessions... never after the incidents derived from the demonic invasions of the year of Hydra, in 2098... no man has been part of it... Melanka (or at least in appearance, that is her name), is the main leader of that council, and yet Her graceful body gestures, her manners that show a solidly grounded and culturally evolved education, she has the dangerousness of an Egyptian cobra... All the ladies who make up this "Government Council" hide their identities behind sophisticated masks adorned with filigrams and an appearance visibly gothic, like their clothing...
