*rotten me crawling under the graveyard*...I'm dead, PS....still love Ichi in the hollow mask XD man! can't take my eyes off him!
I lil faded Orihime at the background since the original pic Orihime herself's color is slightly strong @_@ I guess this way can make more...balance? hmm...
Print version will be selling at JACON 2008, ORLANDO, FL this year (selling online will be available pretty soon though)

Very good. The black and red add to Hollow Ichigo's personality and traits. The position he's in seems to come straight from the anime. Also, the faces of both Ichigo and Orihime alone tell a lot about them, expressively elaborated. The blood splatters count as an element strengthening the insanity Hichigo represents. Orihime on the background is a smart choice, since she kind of lives in Ichigo's shadow and often has to stand by helplessly, hoping for the best. So in short, very smart set up and attractive altogether.

Orihime is always afraid of Ichigos persistance of unleashing the demon from within. That is what makes a pic like this exciting. Sweetness.

I'm not a fan of this pairing, though I'm not sure you are either, since this picture is fairly interpretable.
BUT, what I think is most important is that I tell you that this is an amazing work. The colors are excellent and I really like the poses you chose. Great work (I do realize that this picture is two years old, but that doesn't matter).
