Description
This cute little picture is only 2 3/4" x 4". Most of this was dewdled in my Advanced Placement American Government class. This is my first picture to be put in my tiny sketch book since November. I think I might turn this into a once a week project instead of a once a day deal like last time. More convenient to dewdle then my bigger pieces that are taking forever to finish.

Expirimenting with the star stream background again. I think I found a useful short cut that would make backgrounds like these even faster to make. Count on seeing more of them in the near future.

Done only with 0.7mm HB lead, 0.5mm 2B lead, kneaded eraser, and blending stick (I kinda like this better then the tortillian).
