A friend of mine finally got a Popplio Shiny after so much time, so, I decided to draw this as a gift to her, she seems to like it, and that's what was important for me ^^Oh, and, for once, I decided to use a "Base" for information, the "base" was just a common image of Popplio, it's on Poképédia, nothing special
