Well, a character I created from my story, "Secret Admirer Shot" and she happens to be a five year old girl girl is between Tucker Foley and Danny Fenton mixed. She has light brown and curly hair (kind of like what you had for Maddie and her college hair, but light brown) and she has bright teal eyes. She's very energetic and a little deviousness and loves the aquarium.
She's half ghost like Danny. So her form would be like Danny's, but instead of white material, it would be more of an ocean blue (since her power is water). She doesn't have a instigma (sp? I'm talking about like what Danny has on his ghost form for DP) on her, so you can be creative on her style. Her hair is white and her ghost eyes is neon blue.

Yes, her skin is a mixed. Yes, pretty much ooh, wait, dark blue. I quickly found the coloring I had. Anyway, hm...imagine how Vlad would dress her in for a five year old girl (Long story short, Vlad is the godfather of the girl and Danny - the mommy - was in a coma for five years, so Tucker and Vlad ended up raising her). Does that helps?
