To think that I actually started off by drawing Silver... Oh, well. Shuckie is still pretty cool. I'm still planning on drawing Silver, but now I realize that it's easier said than done. I suck at shading and perspective in general, but I don't think that I did that bad. A few more years down the road is a whole other story though.These characters are Shuckie the Shuckle and Samara the Meowth from TalaSeba's Nuzlocke. They quickly became favorites of mine and I had to draw them. What happens in the picture is that there were Pokemon at the bottom of the hill and Samara (being Samara) decides to try and go down and say hello. Shuckie is wary, especially since that kitten is crazy and tries to convince her to stay put until the others finish climbing up the hill. He claims that these Pokemon are dangerous strangers, even though they were a group of Oddish eating a pile of oran berries. Impatient, Samara grabs a wagon that was lying around (plot device), shoves Shuckie into it, and rolls down the hill with him. He's her backup now. Samara is excited to make new friends while poor Shuckie is screaming his face off. The rest of the team simply watch with amusement once they make it to the top. This made a lot more sense in my head.

If I'm being totally honest here, your Nuzlocke comic has to be my favorite one of all time. It has cute, well thought out characters, an amazing style, an interesting story line, a great protagonist (and shipping, shhhh), and is still continuing despite being a couple of years old. I have lost count of how many comics that I have encountered that are good and have no ending simply because the person lost interest half-way. It's like a back stab... I'm not at all bothered about how long a comic takes to be uploaded. After all, I'm well aware that this takes time and skill. Trust me, I've made a few. What makes me upset it the fact that there's no ending. All good things come to an end, but that end shouldn't be a cliffhanger in the middle of the story. I'm really glad that Tala's adventures are continuing. It's nice to see an update! And, in order to keep your motivation up, I'll keep posting fan art. Deal? Oh, but most of it is going to be Samara. Or Spooky. Or Shuckie. Or, literally any other of your characters. I like them all! I wasn't there for the beginning of the comic, but I'm planning on being there for the end. There's no doubt about that. Although, even if you decide to end the comic for some reason, I'm still going to draw these cute little characters of yours. They're so memorable and deserve to have the spotlight on them for a little while longer. Your comic stole my heart! And, you'll have my support no matter what you decide to do in the near future.

I'll be honest, there have been a few times that I thought about giving up. But,
after a loooong hiatus and lots of thinking I decided it would be a waste and I would
just let myself down if I just dropped the project halfway through. plus, after I came back
I saw that a lot of people missed my comic and a few new people found me and loved it too
and that was a huge relief and a nice boost in motivation. <3 So, I'll keep doin my comic
and try to have fun with it while also keeping it entertaining for you all! <3
