Happy Valentines Day! To SMG4 fans out there, I have an unpopular opinion: I support Mario x Meggy. When I do an artwork involving SMG4 Mario and Meggy, I make a crack shipping out of them as a headcanon of mine while acknowledging that it's not likely gonna happen in SMG4 videos at all from the beginning, even as an old SMG4 fan from July/August 2014. I do agree that Mario and Meggy are strongly friends when it comes the canon of SMG4.

When SMG4 had made the statement about the Meggy x Mario shipping in December 2018, I was honestly devastated to say the very least because I didn't think he would ever make a comment about the disapproval of shipping two characters.

The age differences definitely has some serious ramifications I’ll admit, but in this case, it doesn’t apply to the characters that I’m shipping because they’re fictional characters from fictional media and the kind of fictional media that SMG4 makes isn’t supposed to be taken too seriously.

Overall, I still support SMG4 despite differences within our opinions because I genuinely like his video content and not just there for the possible shipping of characters. I think we can all agree that SMG4 has changed, for better or for worse, SMG4 will continue to make videos until SMG4 decides to retire. This is my opinion for the whole matter and I hope that the SMG4 fanbase would accept opinions, even unpopular ones and not have to split the fanbase over anyone’s opinion, even the creator.

And remember, I will not condone nor tolerate any form of pedophilia or pedophilic behaviors. If you're somewhat attracted to children, please seek help before you get in trouble with the people around you, you're not alone! Thank you for reading this important statement.

Anyway, here's the story: Fishy Boopkins felt horrible after he had decided to break up Saiko in Valentines Day in 2018. Fishy Boopkins decided to ask Mario for help and Mario agreed after Fishy Boopkins offer him some spaghetti. Mario decided to try to look for his partner outside and he initially rejected Meggy, Tari, Toadette, and Robotnik. Mario sees "Princess Peach" (Meggy wearing a Super Crown) and he found his partner. He approaches "Princess Peach" and she already accepted him. Mario didn't think it was strange at all, he thought the process was getting easier. Mario suggest Fishy Boopkins to go get a present either for his dream girl or getting back to Saiko. Mario then confesses to "Princess Peach" that he loves her and he literally gave her his heart. Everyone is shocked to see that happening, including Peggy/Meggette and Saiko isn't too happy to see Fishy Boopkins getting help from Mario. SMG4 doesn't looked too please while Toadee / Ben's mom tries to date with SMG4. McShyGuy is just flying there.

Reason why I did this is because it's one of my favorite moments of SMG4 when it comes to Valentines day. It was very funny seeing SMG4 Mario pulling out his literal heart in that scene and I wanted to remake it by mixing old ideas with new ideas and...it turns out to be funny.
