This is Tarla the Ixi from Neopets.

She got a redesigned more humanoid look and she went on her mystery tour. After seeing her pop up fairly often during the mystery tour I had many chances to see her outfit and I really adore her dress.

So I attempted to doll it. And then I turned her pink, and tried to make her look more Ixi like. I think that her dress turned nice, but i'm not entirely sure of my attempts to make her an Ixi.

I was originally going to give her a staff, which is why I used this pose, but I changed my mind. She's totally waving. Yup.
