The Green Lantern Corps is an organization that serves as an intergalatic law enforcement agency across thousands of sectors. They uphold law and order and serve as beacons of justice. Their primary weapon is a power ring, which allows the user to focus their willpower and create physical constructs to assist them in the pursuit of justice. When a Green Lantern ring selects a new ring bearer, it declares that the individual “has the ability to overcome great fear”.

Green Lantern Corps Officer Arisia is a prominent member of her organization and a veteran ring-wielder. She receives respect for her skills and intelligence, along with her strong adherence to duty. She demonstrated great courage and valor in the face of overwhelming odds at the Battle of Mogo.
