found a handy way of destroying gtk 3 window decorations for client applications
server applications retain their interactivity within the window decoration for functionality
if you have any questions about glyphs, scripts, etc. just ask

should be named material-palenight, this is just a variant, you'll find they're nearly identical
if you have package control installed for sublime it should just be under the first material theme result
