Because I unlocked this outfit on Nitro Fueled, and told myself I'd draw him when I did. And yes I'm aware his beard actually doesn't show with this get up... but I like his beard so... whatever.I do not own the character.

He looks more assured of himself, versus his former appearance as he appeared more crotchety. (Perhaps, I'm confusing his expression - he could just be more aware of his situation / surroundings.)
