Description
These designs are intended to be civilian npc's like in Sonic Adventure. Matthasnocut on youtube brought up the idea of putting more anrtho characters in an ncp role along side humans and I thought that was a cool idea and got my creative juice's flowing.

Also I don't like calling them mobians cause I personals don't like the idea of mobius existing, I think it's a dumb american localization thing.

Side note, while designing these characters I wanted to use hair styles from my quill cut page. I'm planning to do more of that when designing future sonic oc's.
