My half of an art trade for my friend - she draws some really interesting and well thought out takes on Pokemon with more realistic animal biologies taken into mind and with a unique and cool art style, and I recommend checking her stuff out.

The idea for this drawing came out about when she sent over a question asking if any of my Pokemon Tales characters know the move Trick Room (a move that makes slower Pokemon move first and faster Pokemon move last for the next few turns, which sounds pretty useful - I don't really battle competitively and go more for an 'Attack, Attack, Attack!' strategy in game, but that sounds like a pretty handy move! ). She said that her Coalossal Allyson is lonely in nature, and due to her very slow base speed, she can sometimes struggle in keeping up with her opponents and companions in battles. Weirda thought that battling in double battles with new trainers and new Pokemon would be a cool way to keep Allyson in shape, especially if she got to be part of a fight where Trick Room is used so she could move faster.

There are two Pokemon that I have trained in particular that also have pretty low base speed and can learn Trick Room via Technical Machines - Imhotep the Cofagrigus and Dazzle the Hatterene - it would fit with Imhotep enjoying playfully scaring others and being able to use much quicker to catch them off guard and Dazzle using it in her magic shows. So I came up with a cute little idea of Imhotep and Dazzle using Trick Room together and keeping up with Allyson as she enjoys the increased movement speed she has as they befriend her - I had a thought they would probably enjoy benefiting from the increased movement speed as well.
