Connecting the northern gutter to the south bound gutter by creating a bridge in the roof though the entrance gap. By closing this space above the entrance, with a continuation of the roof line from both sides, the water runoff heads directly to the river.

Using the old trusses, truss extensions are added to extend the interior to add a filler roof between the two sides, allowing for a continuation of new roof facia boards, drip edge and tiles. This stops the water from pouring on the public sidewalk and entrance parking, diverting all water to exit on the south-east side of building .
