DrMistyTang — Needs More Ruffles

Description After finishing those last two commissions today, I had a strip of paper left over (3-4 inches in width). I don't like wasting perfectly good paper (especially paper that I bought with my own money), so I got out my nice pencil and decided to draw a face on it.
And Noreat popped into my head first, so there you go!

I'm starting to warm up to King Noreat, it seems. He's creepy, but he's still my brain baby. (Fun to work with, too.)

I lost my white charcoal about two years ago (I really should replace it, huh?), so I did my best with my eraser to add in those highlights. Highlights are harder to do with my nice pencil, though... it doesn't erase as easily (all of my other pencil art as of late have been done with regular pencils).
But, despite that, I think this still turned out pretty nicely.

The shading on this one is super cool. And the ruffles are EPIC. If he had more I am not sure where he would put them.

Oh I love this one, Misty. It's so creepy and has such a sinister affect because of the shading.

I think your King and mine should meet, they both sound like such terrible people.

Zephyr's old, but he's in pretty good shape for being in his late 50's.

Well, if he's in good enough shape and still looks good, then Noreat won't care.
Noreat is kind of an omni-sexual. <:^0 He'll go for pretty much anyone he finds interesting. If you upload a picture of your Zephyr, I'll let cha know what Noreat thinks.

As odd as it sounds, one of the things that I really like about this is how effective it is, regardless of size. The thumbnail, the reduced size, and the full image size are all interesting and draw you in. There are a variety of line types, value depth, and empty/filled space that really make this simple image very fascinating.
