Another ink drawing, this time with markers included.Now, this was done as a favor for a sweet old lady that I work with, but at the same time, is kind of a preview of a painting which, eventually, I will be able to put up on here for all to see. There are three that I have been working on for a little over a year which I have just entered into L. Ron Hubbard's Illustrators of the Future contest (yay), but as per the rules cannot be published until after the contest is over. I genuinely feel that they are three of my best pieces I've ever done, and I can't wait to show them to you guys. (Also I hope I win, fingers crossed!)
But yeah, one of those paintings features, you guessed it, a mermaid. The mermaid here is actually pretty different from the one featured in the painting save for some key mermaid-y features, but nonetheless, there will be more in the future, presented in full color and all that.
