Ostretch's neck can stretch to great lengths, allowing them to have great attacking range and reach for acquiring food. They are very paranoid though, at the slightest notion of a threat, they will run at break neck speeds with it's long powerful legs, which can also perfom strong kicking attacks.

I have a fakemon named Ostretch. It looks very similar to yours only the neck doesn't have the black stripes on them, its face looks more calm then "oooh!", and its neck looks the same only when it gets to the second turn instead of the neck turning again its head is there.

Would definitely use this with Mega Peck, Brave Bird, Close Combat, and Return, and it's stats are very balanced

The name is whitty and makes sense.
The idea is quite amusing to me of an ostrich that has extendable legs and neck. I am just picturing it looking at you then extending it's legs toΒ appearΒ bigger and more intimidating LOL.
Things I must comment on first off that the head is so stupid looking. It honestly has aΒ unnervingΒ stare only a mother can endure. Also the head style is not really that of pokemon but a bit more realistic to chickens. It generally needs more of a pokemon style to it to sell it (though the artwork is nice).
Also with pokemon they tend not to do aΒ literalΒ copy of a creature when it comes to bodies so that mid section should get more stylized. Maybe something that matches the features theme like feathers that are seeming to over-curl or body style that goes from sleek to Puffy.
The striped legs and neck are a good consistent style but maybe you should draw out how the legs and neck look fully extended and compressed. That may affect your body and limb designs and get you thinking about musculature.
For this fakemon I felt like making a dex entree for it so you can use if you will but here is my pitch.
Name: Ostretch (Ostrich - Stretch)
Species: Tall Bird Pokemon
Type: Normal / Flying
Abilities: Limber / Run Away (Hidden ability - Early Bird)
Pokedex entrees:
- With such extensive reach they have incredible speed, attack range, and terrain traversing capabilities.
