Nina from Breath of Fire... 2, I think, I'm not sure - I've not played them
I was trying something a little different with the colours, but the end result is much the same as my usual cel stuff it seems, so it was a bit of a waste of time. Still... nothing ventured, nothing gained, as they say.

This is one of the best breath of fire fan art I've ever seen! Nina is beautiful. It's just that her right hand looks rather odd. I'm trying the same pose as her and there's discomfort in the right arm.

This is my Favorite Nina of all Breath of Fire games, I like both her normal version and Shaman version.
I think the other Nina's are crappy ( except the BoF 1 Nina). Anyway, great picture! details are awesome and I like the selection of dark colors used here.

This one is actually from BoF 2 & 3 really. It was only displayed in the American version of 3. In Japan though, it was both. Bravo on a job well done!

Holy cheese and crackers, out of a large portion of the Breath of Fire fanart I've viewed on here... you may have done the best. I love the cel shaded style, it's done so well~ And I'm usually not one to fav fanart because I feel like it's for the character and not the artist's work itself, but I feel like this one deserves it, I totally envy your style!

You know I always liked Nina from BoF2 the best. I love the coloring, particulary on the wings. The pose you used is great too. If I had anything "nit picky" to say about the piece it's that I don't remember her rack being THAT big.
Otherwise it looks great.

the BoF 2 version of Nina always was my favorite of the bunch. I always liked her "curse of the Black Wings" which brought out a sort of dark elegance to her. And you really brought out the gorgeous darkness here; especially with her armguards.

One of my favourite of your pictures DrCloud. I think the entire piece is near perfect. The only two criticisms I'd offer are one; her hands, which are just...well weird, and two; her breasts. Although I think the size is fine (I'm not objectional to large breasts), without any deffinition of the nipple, they do look wrong, especially the way her clothing sits on them. Like someone above said, they look a little like balloons. With nipple deffinition and reworked hands, this picture would be absolutely perfect. In fact, if you did, I'd probably buy a print if you would make one.
The colouring is great, I think the graded tone style fits the piece excellently, the way the clothing sits on her body, especially her thighs, is perfect, her hair, expression, the riggidness of her metal arm bracers and her belt buckle, everything about it is very well drawn.
