i do have to admit, i did get some inspiration to have an oc that's bill's sister within the gravity falls universe. Beautiful artwork by the way.

alright, Bill's sister (my oc) is Sapphire Cipher, they were both together and they both shared their masters' vessel, one day, bill had been corrupted and decided to fully possess his master's vessel (aka Michael Alfertz, also my oc) to become fully connected to our realm, Sapphire and her master (Emily S. Atlantean, my oc) had to sadly kill Michael in order to kill Bill, it was successful. Not long after that Emily was dying and Sapphire wanted to help her live, so, Sapphire had transferred her soul to an energy containment void where Emily's soul was kept in a suspended state of her soul's energy. Sapphire now has full controlover her master's vessel in order to keep it preserved and stable (due to her special energy and physical interaction properties), at this point on she was keeping Emily's body in am "immortal-like" state, no aging and no changes whatsoever. Sometime later, Ripmin (my primary oc) was the only survivor of his battalion during the second world war and as he explored through the forest in search of shelter, he came across Sapphire Cipher, however, she was weak and she looked like as if she was hurt by something. Sapphire was going to try to throw a punch at him thinking that he was another Bill cultist, however to her surprise, he took her had and gently held it as he asked her a series of important questions. after sometime the two had both found some shelter, during their time together she realized that he was wounded internally, so, Ripmin wanted to go home a hero and Sapphire wanted to save her master's soul from wherever it might go, the two made a deal and so from that point they now became the Axis Powers' greatest threat. Sapphire had converted her form into two mechanical arms that attatch to Ripmin's abdominal structure (below his normal arms of course) and there is alot to describe from here on but if you want to know more please do tell me so i can type away into ASCII land where I can take pleasure in further continuing the plot for Ripmin and Sapphire.
Sapphire's appearance is basically Bill Cipher but blue with an eyhe lash to indicate that it is a she. and as for what Ripmin looks like i'll give you the link after this message.

xD. Like I said what's going to happen for OC!Falls is still a work in progress. But if I do go through with the idea, I'll be sure to add the both of them. Sapphire and Ripman are both interesting characters but I'll still have to find a way to give them some screentime.
