Aeternum is the type of pony you'd want by your side in the worst of times. Loyal and intelligent, once she's chosen someone to stick with, whether they be a friend or significant other, she doesn't leave them. She has a very scientifically oriented mind, and has pioneered many paths that even the best scientists around the world had been afraid to take. She is also heavily interested in psychology, and is proficient at hoof to hoof combat. She is a force to be reckoned with, but fails to reach her full potential unless she has a clear goal or purpose set by somebody else for her. This shortcoming has lead to her being used by the wrong people, who take advantage of her undying loyalty.
