LOL it's Reggy ! 
I actually just messaged the owner to see if she based it off of my design, since they're exact. I'm not mad - it's actually beautiful to see what she's done with her! 
Edit: We chatted, and it's just coincidence~ It's so great getting to see this art though - it's like seeing lots of art of Reggy (and my drawings of Reggy are like lots of art of her Jeani lol)
