but more importantly, I'd like to say that the red/black background reminds me of Fayt's move, Dimension Door, just because of the color. And since you titled it "crossing oceans," which just had me thinking of that move specifically. haha

and i can draw most stuff if i can get some decent references, but my problem with drawing other peoples characters, I try and make them look as close to the original as posible rather than drawing it completly in my own style.
