Personality: Oil Slither considers the sea his kingdom and thinks of himself as its king. Oil Slither finds humans incredibly annoying. He thinks that humans should stay on dry land where they belong. He thinks that humans should have never built boats and that humans do nothing but ruin the ocean for all sea life.
Powers and abilities: Oil Slither can secret this adhesive oil from his skin. The oil he secrets is incredibly dense and it can cause a ship to sink if it is not scooped immediately. Oil Slither is also strong enough to pull down even the largest boats and cause a massive tidal wave with a single swipe of his tail.
Appearance: Image above. Oil Slither is several kilometers in length.
History: Oil Slither is an Ikuchi. Traditionally an Ikuchi is a sea serpent that travels over sides in arcs. Doing so makes it drip an adhesive oil. When the Ikuchi straddles a boat, a large amount of the oil spills on to the ship and if not scooped up, the oil causes the ship to sink.
Yo-kai Medallium Reads: "The self-proclaimed King of the Seas. He thinks that humans should just stay on dry land and stay as far away from the ocean as possible."
Soultimate Move: Oily Onslaught- Oil Slither throws super dense balls of oil at all of his enemies which causes massive damage, traps them in oil and lowers their speed.

Whisper: This issue won't be easy Nate. Oil Slither is very vain, and he does not back down easily.
Nate: Well I can't let him run around preventing humans from cross the Pacific Ocean and the sea that divided Japan from China.
Whisper: And what will stop him from doing it again? Humans, along with some yokai, are not built for water.
Nate: Which is why I need to show him the wonders humans can bring.

Nate: Him.

Venoct: That beast won't stand still. Plus putting ourselves on a boat makes us a target!
As he said so Oil Slither brushes his scales against the boat. Causing oil from them to slip onto the boat and begin to sink.

Venoct: Well, no duh,
Nate: Come on out my friend calling Meganyan.
Yokai Watch: Summoning Boss(don't know Meganyans tribe),(no song)
Meganyan: Meganyan!
Makes a big splash but floats to the top.
Nate,Whisper,and Venoct jump on Meganyans back.
Meganyan: (asleep)
The boat sunk.
Venoct jumps up a attempts to attack but Oil Slither hits him with his tail.

I don't mean to ruin the fun, but isn't Meganyan just a massive version of Hovernyan? If you pull Meganyans cork, he goes back to normal.

Venoct is thrown into the water.
Venoct: I'm good!
He then gets pulled down by Oil Slither.
Whisper: This is not good.
From beneath them, Oil Slither grabs Meganyan's leg and drags them towards a beach. They are then flung into the sand.
Nate: Ouch! Sand burn.
Whisper: It that a thing?
They then see Oil Slither head towards the beach. As he does so, his head and neck slowly rise up towards the sky. He stops in the shallow water with his eyes pointing down at Nate, Whisper and Meganyan.

Whisper: Nate, what will we do?
Nate: Whisper, I don't know, this may be the end.
Venoct flies out of the water.
Venoct: I WILL NOT TAKE THIS!!!!!!!
Venoct upper cuts Oil Slither with great force.
Oil Slither falls back
Nate and Whisper get up (Meganyan still asleep)
Oil Slither gets up in complete anger.
Venoct yells in anger with a charged punch as the final blow.
Oil Slither is hit so hard he was knocked to the other shore.
Venoct falls back to the water, Nate and Whisper help him up.
Venoct: Give me your hand Nate.
He drops something in his hand
Its Oil Slither's medal
Venoct: I was glad to help.
He flies away
Nate: Man, I still have that sand burn.
