In the story art for TEN I spied a couple of cool looking dragons in this picture: [link]They looked like dragon knights watching over the city so I doodled up this guy. You may see him included in my Spyro fancomic: The Guardians.
Boltaro is an electric dragon, I didn't want him looking too much like Volteer so I put a lot of grey-blue on him with electric blue lightning bolt markings. My thought when making him is that he is a really happy dragon.

haha ^^ it would be cool if he used his lance as a conductor for his electricity breath, i'll keep that in mind.

Interesting idea. We always hear of dragons and knights but it never crossed my mind of a dragon that IS a knight. Very cool.
