A character concept I came up with while doodling - an astrological elf.

They have such a focus on astrological knowledge that they've mapped charts and symbols on their own body. Quiet in nature, and despite their perfectly normal communication skills, the extent of their interests has caused onlookers to call them a madman. They seem a bit disinterested in the regular routines of society, becoming frustrated when kept away from their studies.
