This picture caught my eye immediately. <3 I absolutely love the composition of this shot, and the lighting here is perfectly balanced across the model and headpiece to contrast with the darker background. A well-earned Daily Deviation indeed, congratulations on the honor!

My favourite part of this is the headdress. The colour and the incline of the feathers make it feel slightly reminiscent of 18th century wigs to me, but only just slightly. This is something else, something phantasmic and ethereal, like looking at those wigs through the lens of dreams. Very cool.
