Description
The other boss of killing floor 2 and my personal favourite, Dr Hans Volter is a 100 year old Nazi scientist who keeps himself alive via injecting himself with biomass. He has 2 STG44 rifles which he will use to chip away at your health from range or finish of an injured target, get to close and these rifles have bayonets which Hans will gladly use to put a few extra holes in you. This scientist looks quite thin but don't underestimate him as he can take an incredible amount of hits and just when you think you got him, he will throw up a shield and drain the life force of a nearby teammate to heal himself. He can also throw 2 types of grenades: High explosive grenades which does what it says on the tin and Nerve gas which will obscure your vision and damage you slowly. Each time Hans heals his core will drop a colour in this order: Green, Yellow, Orange, Red and each time he drops a colour he becomes more and more aggressive. Upon reaching a Red core Hans will deploy everything he has, he will throw barrages of up to 10 grenades or Nerve gas grenades in order to limit your movement and will now prefer to run right up to opponents and strike them with devastating melee attacks, if surrounded Hans will release an explosion and nerve gas around him knocking all players away and obscuring vision.
