Description Hey, a quickie of Eve. Was going to make it dark to suit her character, but colors went out of control. Was super inspired by her new gorgeous splash art.

I really love the colours of the character's design.

Love limited colour pallet, and simple composition somehow it brings more focus on the character and beautiful lines Β

Whoa, wonderful stuff. Great job on her skin tone and eyes

I'm hoping we will see more Eve fanart coming out now that awesome splash got released

Thanks
She really deserves more lovin' from Riot too. A new 3d model, some tweaks and new skins would be real nice to make the fan base going as well.

Yeah, the old model looks really out of date... reminds me of old Taric

But look at him now Well the thing is, the new Eve splash armor pieces don't match with her 3d model. Maybe they are preparing something for her? I always take a good look at models and splashes when I draw characters.

Hopefully. If a new Eve model turns out anything like as awesome as her splash art she'll become instantly popular

She looks really good. You could do splash art for Riot.

Thank you so much, you made me smileΒ Β I'll stay humble, though, and will say I still have much to learn. But your words made my dayΒ Β

You're welcome haha, and that's a good policy. The longer I look at all this cool digital art, the more I envy artists like you. My graphic design teacher wasn't good at anything other than saying, "Holy smokes! I like it!" And I'm including his artistic ability in that statement too hahaΒ Β

Oh my, well that's a waste of resources. The poor guy wanted to create a friendly environment more than an intellectual space. Glad that now there are means of learning this stuff yourself if you get unlucky in university :3

Very much so. His worst flaw was being unrealistically biased in favor of mediocre artists and against excellent ones. It just depended on what gender his students were. But no, he pretty much threw my class in front of Photoshop and Illustrator and let us fend for ourselves. I haven't tried taking any digital art classes since, but I probably would have a better chance at learning something.

I can sense some jealousy in that. Some professors actually view talents as a threat, a competition. I really hope it wasn't gender based, though, that's probably the worst it can get. Btw, I learned to draw digitally myself, I studied graphic arts so we barely had any computer classes. So you can somewhat learn it with lots of time and effort.

This was the kind of guy to fit the bill. And I'm afraid he favored the female artists just because they were girls. Artistic talent, technique, and creativity had no bearing on critiques. If I still had quality programs I would research tutorials, but I hardly know the basics at all. I think I would still be lost =/

I think you should do it at least as a hobby if you feel you have potential and are willing to work a lot. But yeah, programs cost loads of money and trying to learn and improve costs time and energy. It's usually hard to spare any for an average person.
Well in the end it depends on the attitude. Maybe you're a chill person and you can work things out easily and with pleasure

I might pursue it again someday, if I can get several hundred to a thousand dollars set aside haha. For now, I got enough on my plate getting my traditional work back on its feet. I appreciate the good faith in me. Again, great workΒ Β
