Hey, not bad (I see you've grown as a writer)!
As you can see, you took on a highly symbolic, yet concrete objective in this piece. Whenever you read a poem, you can tell the difference between an experienced poet and a wanna-be poet by the descriptors and the eloquency of their language. If you want to write a good poem, you base it on an abstract idea and support it with concrete things, however, most people tend to write less desireable poetry with an abstract idea supported by abstract thoughts. You seem to know this technique, just don't forget it

And don't let one poem get you arrogant and think you are excellent writer (not that you aren't... ), there is always room for improvement.
