Pokedex:

To hide from other pokemon and predators, it doesnt run in fear but hides its head as it uses its body to disguise itself as a bush. By doing this, some smaller pokemon have fallen into its "transformation" and make a home there. 

now, someone draw a fletchling or something poking its head out. :3
