Alternate titles: Understanding / AcceptanceThere are two interpretations for this picture that I've come up with:
The first is that the werewolf wants to be human and the human wants to be a werewolf (Longing).
The second is that the two are sharing an understanding of a sad event or circumstance (Understanding or Acceptance).
This is free to color. It is MS Paint safe.
You may crop out the human, if you want. Either way, remember to credit me for the lines and send me a link to the completed piece, please.

Pretty cool. Like the werewolf's sitting pose. As for the guy I would bring his knees closer to (practically touching) his chin.

As always it looks good, though I am bit of a idiot when it comes to good art I say masterpiece of a lineart details are stunning even the details on the fur and human foot.

Excellent poses. I like the comparison between human and werewolf. It shows many similarities, without breaking the logic of the anatomy.
I think both interpretations are equally plausible. Longing to be like the other, and accepting who one really is. Both are beautiful thoughts on this picture.
In case one, the human could easily become a werewolf (in case of other lores, their could be restrictions), but the werewolf got more problems. Although I remember that there was a way to cure lycanthrophy, which is quite unpleasant, actually.
In case two, it depends on the event. By exploring the best friends transformation, understanding his (or her if female) true nature and accepting his/her lycanthrophy would be the easiest way. In case of chasing and eating the cat however, it would be a long process.
In all cases, I like the interpretation.

The part about the cat made me laugh. 
There are some cases in which the human is immune to the virus that turns one into a werewolf - this person may be one of them.
