She is still going down I should hold it more, just like her
It is already quite a pain in my lungs, but I will put more effort to hold my breath
The training we do today is
Dive to where we feel "I can't hold it anymore! I have to surface!!"
At that point, stay at the depth for another 15s, and then finally go to the surface
It is for extending our breathholding limits
My sister is still holding it
I am sure I can do the same as her...! We're twins, right?
