There! I finally did it!I drew my Favorite Female Anime character Ever!
Dearest Amy!
I had to use both my tablet and my mouse to get the outlines right.
Then I reduced the Outline Opacity to 60%, achieving that specific
outline that I find Perfect for this Piece.
This is based on a sprite from Sonic Advance 2.
It's my first attempt. Care to Comment?
