Description
This is a male* tarantula (Holothele sp.) that I found at work. It was wet when I first saw it, so its color was almost all black. Once it dried off, I saw the fantastic orange, gray and black pattern.

*At first I saw no enlarged distal ends of the pedipalps, so I assumed it was female. Later, while reviewing the images, I saw what looks like the cymbium and bulb, but not the embolus, which leads me to believe that this is a sub-adult male.
