So.... are you ready to speak now? I know you can't resist... Kehehehehe....Pilaf is funny little, blue man who tries his hardest to be evil... but fails.
I love the scene towards the end of the first arc where Pilaf captures Bulma. In order to get Bulma to tell him where the last Dragonball is, he decides to inflict some "sexual abuse" on her...
... by blowing her a kiss. Unfortunately, Pilaf has no idea what kind of "perverted" thoughts lie within Bulma's mind.
Anyways, a big hearty kiss to you and enjoy!

Was Pilaf in his 30's in Dragonball? At least during the first arc, he was pretty childish... at least when it came to sexuality.

Yep, he was 34 years old during the first Arc, his child-like personality isn't a really big deal considering that Pilaf himself resembles a demon child, XDDD.
It's hard to believe that Pilaf is an adult and remained "innocent" compared to Bulma (who was a teen in early DB)
A joke could be that he is a closet perv, after all some of Pilaf's facial expressions resemble those of the typical perv from Toriyama's work.
Nearly everything is less creepy than PiccoloxGohan, AlienShota 0_o.

I love the amount of detail in the ruffles and wrinkles in his clothing.

I kinda wish he didn't have the wrinkles because he seems like he would be pretty young (they were in the original design), but I suppose it amps up the creepy factor a bit.
