This is a very powerfull piece of photography. Outsie the body trips are very common among schizophernics indeed and they feel good every time. Coming back is the tricky part.
The monochrome does must justice to the picture because it dosn't distract the attention to the many colours who make up the world. This time, colour is just a tool, a brige, not a destination.
Thje only objection i have is the fact that the photo is too small. But that's your choice.
