"chalk another one up" is an old expression for keeping score in a game or keeping track of a beer tab, I think it was customary to keep score on a chalk board, and each time a team would score, a point would be "chalked up", written on the chalk board with chalk, originally in Pub dart games/they would keep tab of their drinks in this manner, too, and pay up at the end of the evening.
The heart (love) with Julien drawn in chalk, reminded me of this old saying, "chalk another on up..."
