Yup, new design. The previous one were up for about 3Β½ - 4 months, which must be a record. I just havn't had any time to make a new one. This will load faster then the previous layout seing as it is less then half the size, and now all wallpapers are available in all resolutions since I have unlimited space from now on.Many thanks goes to parasight for all the helpful criticism while this was built, and to el-freako for some general help.

Very pleasing color scheme; easy on the eyes, bright without being obnoxious, white without glare...that part I wouldn't change at all.
It has a nice overall modern/techy feel to it, with the exception of the right hand side which feels more like lace than I think you were probably intending it to. The navigation is nice, but it gives the impression that you rank the sections of your site by importance. If that's what you're wanting to do, then go for it, because it works. If that wasn't what you're wanting to do, well...I personally wouldn't use the graduated size buttons on the nav because it does imply a ranking system of sorts for your different sections. I do agree with those who have said that the reflection on the lefthand side is a bit distracting, and though I'm a minimalist myself...the top still feels kind of empty to me...like there was supposed to be something more up there that hasn't been put there yet.
Not having test-driven it yet, I can't comment too much on the functionality, though I do have a feeling I will like it better than the current version.
Overall...visually an incredibly beautiful design. There are those few little things which don't feel quite as strong as they could, but it's definitely obvious that you take your designing seriously.

Quite possibly you're best one yet, it's got that tight control panel feel to it. I love how your interface skills expand with each new version you design. I can't believe it's up to 14 though, wow, I've been hanging around for a long time.

Nice work DJ, though it seems very unfinished and the upper part is very cluttered, I think it would look alittle better if you clean up the top bar..
It all feels very unfinished and unpolished, lets just say you could do more with this.
I like it though, but as a start of something bigger.
