This is a great piece that vividly illustrates the relationship Neo has with Roman. All of the lighting is done really well, and shows that you understand how it is affecting the characters. Neo is obviously the focus, and the amount of detail you put into her is great. The overall composition is very good as well, although I'm conflicted on the way you used negative space overall. The right side is primarily negative space, while the left side has subjects in it. Even though I feel like you could remove a good chunk of it to reduce the image size, it plays well with the business of the opposing side. Still a very nice piece. The only other negative comment I could make is that what I believe is the shadow inside of her ear is too close to that of her hair in the shadow, which makes it seem like there is a disconnected chunk of hair there. But overall, this is a fantastic piece, and I envy your attention to detail with it.

I absolutely love this piece. It shows a really interesting take on these two characters in a way I have not previously considered. This actually made me want to go catch up on the series since I had to drop it. It looks like a beautiful piece that would make a great desktop background or small print. RT would probably love it, and I wouldn't be surprised if any of the show writers personally loved it. Great job!

I personally don't really have all that much for bad things to say regarding this piece of work. It's beautiful and it works to deliver a very strong message when you bring in your other artworks regarding Neo (such as the one with Roman handing over Neo a scoop of ice cream, it's like your personal vision of how Neo and Roman met and it's not only touching, but it does work in a way).
My only personal tick regarding this piece is seemingly just how close up the shot seems to be. I'm fine if you don't show Roman's face (as that's the trend I've noticed you done when drawing Roman and Neo together) but I wouldn't mind if the shot was just a tad bit farther out, perhaps showing a pond or maybe other people walking by. The title does say it's a walk in a garden, but there's not much indicating that they really are taking a stroll in something similar to like a park or even a garden, just some greenery in the background that could be mistaken for anything (like one of those fenced of bushes in the middle of the city). Though I understand that this sort of artwork takes time, I just wouldn't mind if you came back to this piece and just added onto it. And even as the picture stands now, the background art does look good as well, helping with that sense of focus on Neo and Roman. Though like I said, a lot of that does tribute to them taking up most of the screen, need to build up the scenery some more.
As for the artwork itself I honestly have no complaints, the technique of shadow and light used to show the tangles Neo's hair has without drawing actual borders for the lines was clever, and it gives that "underbelly" of Neo's hair an appearance that it's just a bundle of messy hair strands all like loose knots in their.
If already mentioned how this artwork works well with what you've previously posted and I hope to see something new regarding Neo and Roman. Perhaps their first crime together or something? Either way, I always look forward to your next artworks.

I'm enjoying the photo-quality blur of the background, very good work on the face and bodies in the foreground. I'm noticing the lack of border art/lines on the objects in the frame, which has the effect of brightening the overall image. When you throw in the dominant use of white color for the outfits, makes this artwork brighter than expected.
The mood of the work is one of delight: the young woman (I apologize, I know this is a RWBY inspired work but I don't know all the characters, I had to look it up is that Neapolitan?) enjoys being in Roman's company, and is enjoying a pleasant day's walk in the park.

I like that you are making the focus of this pic on Neo and RomanΒ΄s bodyΒ΄s, and making the background rather simple but still beautiful. The way the shadows are place is just at the right spot and you have made it just dark enough to show that the sun is behind them. I like the style you made of a young Neo and showing that she is happy with Roman seeing him as a father figure or older brother. The thing that I found best with this drawing however is the use of light color, everything beside RomanΒ΄s gloves and pants as well as the front of the bushes are just the dark parts. Everything else is rather lightly and bright which is very good for this drawing. Once again a great work.

I love how you depict Neo as an innocent young girl walking with her "father", and the lighting almost make it seem like her happy life is about come to a terrible end. The only critique I have is the shading on Roman's right glove which makes it look flat. Maybe if you did something like what you did on with the back his pants that might solve the glove problem. As with your other works, this is a beautiful piece and it makes me think as well as feeling me a new found sadness for Neo when Roman gets eaten in Vol. 3. I can't wait to see what else you can come up with.
