I think it's depending on the person but I see pink in Yang's eye ... so suddenly, I think immediately to Neo, as there is another illustration of Ruby & Weiss/Neo of the same artist.
I think if it were Neo instead of Yang, she would go to Ruby or Yang first (compared to Roman, you know yourself) and she has nothing to do with Blake... though, she's in the RWBY team, so I guess it makes sense to reach Ruby (even though I think Neo is the type to go straight to her main enemy).

This is beautifully done just like all your other drawings but I like this one a bit more. Not just because it's bumblebee but it's interesting to look at when you see the details. The fact that Yang's eyes are red and not purple. she either got triggered by something someone said...or maybe something else has made her act like this. Blake is also really cute in this. Her eyes are almost like Ruby's eyes but in a good way. She just looks so huggable and I love how her ears look. This is just beautiful like your other drawings. Also, the way you draw hair is amazing. This is awesome. Well done.Β

Yang's eyes look purple to me.Β But, I wouldn't be surprised if Yang's eyes could turn red when she's feeling "passionate/strongly" about something and not just when the emotion of anger/rage is present.
