really cool shot. the sharp focus on some parts and the blur of the blowing leaves is great. i just started getting into IR photography myself. i love the effects you can get using a tripod when only a something small in the frame is moving like that. or for example my picture of a train in my gallery.

this is so fucking cool looking, I love how it looks like the branches are on the outside, and the colour alone gves it all a fantastic, other-world ting. Keep on messing with our minds, its very pleasureable.

I wouldn't say that it is "okish" at all. Its increadible. Looking at it, I can't understand what makes it so appealing, but it is. Your manipualtions really bring out great contrast and add great texture. Encreadible work and definately a :fav+: !

my eye kept trying to focus on the canopy which was a little annoying until i pulled back an inch!
the rather ghostly blurred effect goes brilliantly with the twisted trunks.
i like it even better when i pull it out of the deviantart colour scheme and put it up against a black backdrop with the lights out.

I really like the bare trees and how I can see their branches snaking out and clawing at the sky.. then the blur of tree behind it

I can see the white flare in the middle (even if it's moch smaller then the one I got with my first pics), I've noticed that my camera needs an aperture around 4.0 to get sharp images...
it's also true that that sensation could b caused by the moving leaves... btw great job with the tones and details
